3. Hi-s-ki-ti-hi (Fivekiller) was born about 1754 in ,,Cherokee Nation East (now ,,TN). He died between 1820 and 1825 in ,,Cherokee Nation East (now ,Polk, TN). Cherokee Supreme Court records indicate that Fivekiller was dead by October 1825. The next year his widow, Katy, was involved in a lawsuit over part of his property. No mention of any children was made.
He was buried in Nancy Ward's Grave, Benton, Polk, TN. He was a full blood Cherokee Indian. EMS indicates that Fivekiller had no children. This information likely came from John Walker HILDERBRAND. The E. Sterling KING book indicates that he obtained his information from Fivekiller's elderly daughter, but this is likely poetic license as he gives no names which might assist us today. Perhaps someone may locate Mr. King's papers and find out more to shed light on this matter.

Hi-s-ki-ti-hi (Fivekiller) and Catherine SPINGFROG were married. Catherine SPINGFROG was probably a full blood Cherokee Indian.
